Responsible for achieving Sales, Growth & Customer Support activities of the Point-of-Care (POC) range of products HbA1c analyzer, Microalbumin analyzer, Dry-chemistry Electrolyte analyzer, Hemoglobin analyzer and its accompanying reagents. This includes identifying target customers, meeting them regularly and promoting our products, closing the sale and follow-up on regular basis to ensure reagent sales.
He / She needs to develop optimum distribution channels in the geographical area assigned to them to ensure adequate product supply.
Ensure distributors comply with company commercial norms.
Should have above average technical knowledge so as to address basic technical queries raised by the customer regarding the products. Also co-ordinate with Marketing team to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Collect, Manage and Analyze key market data regarding competitors and our own customers. (Prospect Lists, Customer Masters, Customer trackers etc)
Help in the Market Research for launch of new products
Co-ordinating with various departments like technical support team, commercial team, marketing team for ensuring smooth operation of business in assigned HQ.
