Follow the global coding standards to build configurable and flexible solutions, which can be adopted
across client teams
Build solutions which are efficient and can scale over huge data volumes in a reasoable timeframes
Work with senior data science engineer to conduct requirements analysis, design the solution which can bedeveloped and deployed independently.
Understands and builds experties in distributed computing (Spark) and other open source technologies to
build analyst solutions which are efficient and can scale over huge data volumes in a reasoable timeframes
Drive the creation of fully automated analyst applications/solution using available technologies (Pyspark,
Shell script, Scheduling tool on cloud)
Conduct requirements analysis, balance different requirements and make technical trade off decisions at application level (e.g. component design).
DESIRABLE Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering or similar field
ESSENTIAL Bachelors degree or equivalent in a engineering/numerate subject e.g. Engineering, Stats,
Scala + spark+ Hadoop+ SQL + Python mandatory skills.
