Profile: Sales Development Manager Designation: Sales Development Manager Qualification: Minimum Graduate Experience: Sales experience of Minimum of 6 Months of any industry. Location: All Locations / All Branches (you will get posted in your home city/ town) Salary : 1.8 Lac plus incentives, medical benefits and other variables. Job Profile: 1) Has to recruit team of 6- 10 financial consultants/ advisors from own references.2) Has to train them to market & sell life insurance products of HDFC Life Insurance Company, 3) Consultants/ Team will get paid on commission basis on the business done by them.4) they have to monitor the team of advisors and train them and to make sure they hit monthly/ annual business numbers i.e. 4 Lac of Business in a year with his entire team. Annual target in HDFC Life for SDM is Just 4 Lac of Business, where in tradinational products has a weightage of 150%, and on achieving 130% of targets SDM get promoted to BDM level with CTC of 2.5 Lac This Profile is for Agency/ tied vertical and we do have opening in HDFC Life we also do have positions in bancca vertical
