Job Description
1)Will be responsible for complete Recruitment Cycle from Requirement Gathering from Project Manager, Sourcing the right candidate, Screening , Scheduling , Finalizing the candidate and Joining Formalties. Hence Prior IT Recruitment experience in an IT company with prime services as Software Development will be added advantage.
2)Will be sourcing the candidates from Portals like Naukri , Monster hence must have excellent practical knowledge of portals like Naukri, Monster and others. and Must be creative in sourcing through Linkedin & other means as well.
3)Will be doing recruitment for .NET, PHP, CMS in PHP and .NET, Web Designers, SEO, Technical Writers, Flash, Pre Sales, Sales, Admin, Front Office, Business Analysts, QA, HTML and Project Managers.
4)Will have to ensure that all open positions are closed as per the decided timeline.
5)Will be maintaining database of candidates and will be reporting day to today status to the Seniors.
6)Must be good in Excel (especially filtering on multiple columns and various other excel features), Word. Must be able to follow processes already laid down in the company.
7)Ability to work under huge stress/ pressure with calmness
