To manage multiple branches of the Allocated bank/Channel Partner.
Initiate business development strategies so as to generate good volume of business through bank branches with the team provided.
To monitor and motivate team for meeting higher sales target.
To maintain good relationship with bank managers and Cluster Head.
Manage the productivity of the field force.
Monitor and review their performance and take corrective actions
Accountable for overall profitability of the team
To manage the recruitment, training development and retention of a team.
Maintain and build relationship with the customer's of the Bank.
