Post on boarding, you will get brief training about work for first week.
Efficiently and effectively fill open Mandates.
Understanding clients hiring requirements and posting jobs.
Sourcing & Screening of candidates from multiple sources i.e. Job portals, Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, references etc.
Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates.
Headhunting the quality & Exp. Candidate.
To assure the CTQ (Required parameters of resumes) as per Client.
Build network to find quality passive candidate.
Adhere to daily MIS Reporting Skills Required M S Office, hunting through Networking, referencing, Job Portals, Advertisement on Internet, Internal database.
Managing end to end recruitment cycle Anyone with Graduate fresher with good communication skill
MBA pass out candidate most preferred
Local candidates / ready to relocate
Self-learner and Good interpersonal skills
