HR Generalist- Job Responsibility Manpower Planning-Recruitment/ Selection-Induction & orientation-Training & development-Wage & Salary Administration - -Motivation activities -Employee relatioons -Industrial Relations-Performance -Separation/ Exit Interview/ Full & Final Settlements-Compensation & Benefits management -General Administration HR Payroll covers- Time Office functions-Wages & Salary calculation -Generation of Various Wages/ Salary Reports-Statutory deductions PF, ESI LWF Etc- For Payroll it be may be run in-MS Excel-Daily MIS Report etc. Industry- Telecom Experience- 2 yr Location - Alwar / Jodhpur / UdaIpur / Kota / Sikar / Bikaner / Ajmer Salary- 15k- 20k
