Roles and Responsibility :
Title : Finance & Project Manager Location : Delhi
I. Financial / Fund Raising
Develop corporate fund raising program/plan with targets : annual and quarterly ? Raising funds from corporates ? both from private and public sector, as per plan / targets ? Run fundraising drives for various specific purposes/occasions ? Explain the tax advantages of contributions to potential donors ? Set and achieve realistic time-bound fundraising targets, agreed in consultation with CEO ? Balancing time-cost ratios to focus effort on the fundraising activities that are most appropriate and will have the highest success rates.
II. Public Relations
Develop and maintain updated corporate contacts lists; and maintain regular contacts ? Contact corporate representatives, government officials, or community leaders to increase awareness of organizational causes, activities, and programs ? Develop standard publicity materials for awareness and fundraising ? Develop strategies to enroll new members and increase contributions from existing ones
III. Project / program coordination
Coordinate various programs, projects & activities which are conducted from time to time.
Support CEO in community outreach programs
Communication & coordination with self help groups and communities
Define annual, quarterly and monthly targets; and submit monthly progress report to CEO
IV. Social Media
Maintain a website and regularly update it with information about organization?s work
Regular updates from time to time about activities of the organization ? Undertake online research and build contacts with potential individual donors and raise funds for the activities of the organization
Graduation in any discipline. Additional qualification in social work will be an advantage Experience
4-6 years work experience in a charitable / NGO ? Track record of fund raising from corporates / donors
