1) Recruit the team of Insurance Advisors / Agents / Consultants, who will work on commission basis for company.
2) Train and develop the team on regular basis to sell Kotak Life Insurance products in market.
3) Joint calls with team on regular basis.
4) Preparing and submitting MIS on regular basis to branch manager.
5) Achieving monthly & annual targets to get promotions.
