Project management including interfacing with functions, critical path management, planning for contingencies, problem solving day- to- day cases and ensuring safety is considered of utmost importance
Ensure concept development and clarity on concept amongst all interfaces and to contractors.
Drive contracting and manage contracts with EPC vendors, partners while executing project within timelines and cost
Manage procurement related activities, support tendering cycle an act as interface between technical and buyer teams, ensuring cost and quality control from award to delivery at site
Drive construction activities as site while identifying and keeping sight of critical path, keen focus on quality and HSE, resolution of conflicts and planning ahead for timely execution.
Manage stakeholders like JV partner and internal teams for budgets, cost control, invoicing, contract management and other statutory compliances.
Management of external stakeholders like suppliers, vendors, PMC, construction contractors for timely completion of activities of the project.
Team player who can effectively manage and work with shared resources and provide necessary intervention wherever required.
Frequent visits to vendor locations, site, sub- contractors for expediting and solving issues by acting as key interface between internal and external teams.
Qualification and Experience:
Engineering degree/ MBA with minimum of 11 years of working experience in project execution
Completed atleast one project single handedly including completion of engineering, procurement and construction
Good communication skills with dynamic personality.
High energy individual with keen sense of taking responsibility and accountability while driving the project.
