Oracle Apps (R12 EBS) CRM Functional Consultant with experience on modules like Teleservice, Field Service, Mobile Field service, Service contracts, Install Base etc
Experience Level - Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience
Must have done at least 2 full life cycle implementation of CRM modules. Hands on Functional Setup and configuration of EBS CRM modules.
Understanding of business processes/business flows and the underlying technical architecture / table structure of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
Good in documentation like MD50/ TE40.
Worked in an onsite/ offshore model. Open to short term travel to Australia.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to communicate with and support various internal team members and customers is critical to the success of this position
