Job Description
The IT Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and Network related infrastructure in the 108 call center. Roles and Responsibilities Attending the trouble shooting calls of ERC, Support functions & field. 24/7/365 days Server support, laptop /desktop support. Coordinating the audio/video conferencing. Coordinating with vendors for any issues/problems and monthly/Quarterly preventive maintenance tasks Coordinating with PBX vendor for issues/requirements Escalating un-resolved issues to Dept. Head Install, configure, and support organization's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) Maintain network hardware and software. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability Administering, Troubleshooting and Maintaining the network infrastructure include Firewalls Troubleshooting network problem and rectifying it at the earliest. Managing Active Directory User administration like User ID's, Mail ID creation & Deletion Installation & troubleshooting of Servers, Handling Backup & Restore activities using Windows NT/OEM providers Backup tool. Installation and Updating of Anti-Virus software in all servers/systems Installation and Updating of MS monthly updates/patches in all servers/systems Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Requirements
Proven working experience as an IT support engineer Operating Systems : Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2008 /2003, Microsoft Windows 10, 7, Windows XP, Linux (Cent OS) Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation. Good Knowledge on Active Directory (2012/2008/2003) Design/Administration, DNS, DHCP, IIS Services. Good Knowledge of HP/Dell/Acer/Lenovo Hardware Servers & Tape drives Basic knowledge of Call Center PBX infrastructure
