Listing items on various e- commerce websites and managing orders through them. Responding to customer query emails and live chats. Handling customer query phone calls. BACKGROUND AND SKILLS REQUIRED: The ideal candidate should have a basic undergraduate degree (preferably in English) with training on basic computer and internet usage. Proper communication skills and good command of proper English is a must. The candidate must also be motivated and must have good logical / analytical skills.
