Verifying the leads which are transferred by agents.Calling those US Customers to check if the details are correct.If the information is genuine and correct as mentioned in the system by an Agent, transferring that information/lead to Floor Manager/Client.
Requirements
Should have 1-3 years of experience in International BPO, preferably US based.
Should have excellent English communication skills.
Should have decision making and analytical skills.
Experienced of working in US healthcare process will be an added advantage.
