Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing mobile application interface design, navigation, presentation (client UI) along with developing custom controls as required by the application.
The candidate should be able to build/develop the data-driven, interactive; web service based mobile applications on Android platform including the application architecture.
The candidate should be able to utilize native APIs to enable maps, in-app SMS and email features and should be able to develop applications that control handset resources like camera, memory etc.
The candidate will work closely with product development team, understand product development roadmap, and execute rapidly to build mobile applications
Responsible for working on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements
Desired candidate should be Bachelors in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or MCA.
Eligible candidate should hold 4-6 years of experience in Android application Development.
Preference will be given to those having excellent knowledge in Object Oriented Programming and Data Structure.
Should hold a working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, android OS architectures, trends and emerging technologies.
Good knowledge of client-server communication, JSON parsing, Local storage and device database operations in android
Strong in concepts Core Java and Android SDK
Proficient using tools like Android Studio, Eclipse IDE
Good to have, working knowledge in socket communication, Third party library integration and modification according to need and able to choose best available.
Extensive understanding of the full mobile development life cycle (MDLC).
