As a QA Leader, you will be responsible for: Building test plans, test suites, and manual or automated test cases for assigned changes, Building up environments independently to test assigned work, Executing manual and automated tests, Reporting the results. Create accurate, thoughtful and comprehensive defect reports. Investigate customer problems referred by technical support. Engage and participate on an Agile team of a world-class software developers. Apply independence and creativity to problem solving across project assignments. Primary Skills Our ideal candidate enjoys working with a variety of languages. You must be very good in any of scripting language (Python/Javascripti/Shellscript) You should have experience in test Automation frameworks. Our products run on Linux, Windows, Mac OS X and multiple UNIX flavors. Our ideal candidate has experience targeting a broad range of operating systems. You must have test experience on Linux and UNIX environments. Basic understanding of Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL. Experience creating test strategies that ensure comprehensive, pragmatic, and scalable testing approaches. Experience designing and debugging tests that measure performance and functionality under scale and load. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to interface well with externally facing departments and directly with customers. Desire to work in an agile team that strives to be great, is politely self-critical, and continuously improves. Secondary Skills Problem solving mind and attitude Ability to interface well with externally facing departments and directly with customers Effective communication skills – written, spoken, listening and presentation Great Team player and experience working with global teams and global organizations.
