Key Role Expectations
Steering the implementation of the Health, Safety & Environment management systems.
Monitor and audit operational activities to ascertain for compliance with Indian regulations, company Oil & Gas HSE management systems and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
Train staff in company HSE values, standards and procedures
Develop a strong HSE culture among staff and contractors
Provide support to Operations/ Projects/ Drilling/ Seismic Teams and respective HSE teams.
Conduct Incident investigations and reporting.
Track monitor and report Site HSE Performance.
Ensure Statutory reporting to external agencies / government bodies.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's in engineering preferably Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Environmental/ Fire with 10- 15 years in health and safety function in Oil and Gas / refinery industries.
NEBOSH certification
