Perform regular plant safety audits - facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and highlight potential hazards.
Provide safety training to all managers & associates for safety practice drills
Keeping track of site Incidents, Investigating the root cause and setting necessary procedure /practices to avoid incidents in future
Train/built an emergency response team.
Maintain safety gadgets inventory including distribution.
Implement safety directives; improve safety performance in chemical industry.
Identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices
Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.
Required Candidate profile
Must Have diploma in Industrial Safety
Experience in Hazardous chemical manufacturing Unit
