A Lead Generator is mainly communications role that performs Tele-prospecting functions to support sales team.
It will utilize your professional communication, your research and interviewing skills, as well as your marketing and sales skills.
Lead Generation Specialist calls companies across the Domestic (India) and International markets and talks to professionals about their business needs and initiatives.
They identify who the most appropriate decision maker is in the company (usually a director, CEO, VP, etc…) by speaking with multiple company representatives.
They then initiate a conversation with the decision maker to introduce our products & services. When they have identified a sales-ready lead, it gets passed along to our sales team and they sell from there.
Lead generator requires to prepare regular tracker of leads generation, current status,follow-up activities and organized reporting of the same to management.
1 to 3 years of work experience.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite on Windows platform.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
Active listening skills.
Ability to learn quickly and think quickly.
