- Responsible for recruitment , onboarding , appraisals, and employee benefit plan management,
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Responsible for maintaining error free Leave and Attendance of all employees of all locations
- Mandatory documents are filed in the employees file
- Taking care of compliances- PF, ESIC, insurance,
- Taking care of general administration
- Exposure to ISO and Quality Management System
- Proficiency with MS Word
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Should be able to do multitask i.e. manage multiple requirements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
