Designation: Zonal Head/Sr. Zonal Head
Reports to Cluster Head/ Sr. Cluster Head.
He is responsible to Manage Team size of 4-5 Circle Heads.
Responsible for Partner Channel business in the Zone(Both New and Existing partner business)
Adding new business partners on monthly basis to expand the business.
He is responsible for Achieving 100% Branch Sales Budgets.
Should maintain 100% Onroll and min of 90% Operative.
Should review and update his Teams performance & Reports to his immediate superior on daily / weekly/ monthly basis as per policy.
Accountable for 100% Receivables.
Managing the Channel Sales business in Hyderabad & Telangana.
Executing the promotional plans.
Must ensure long term relationship with all customers continuously through personal meetings & help them with required services.
Should have experience in Partner Channel/Dealer/Distribution business.
Candidates should be Dynamic in managing and should be capable of scaling up to next level.
Having Direct Sales Experience will be added Advantage.
Experience of 6-10 years in Sales & Marketing.
Also looking people who know local Language and have experience in AP&TS.
