Setting up the Supply- Selecting, Contracting and Building relationship with Wedding related Venues and Vendors.
Meet high- end venues across the region and share the value proposition.
Work with Destination Wedding team to bring in partner venues on board at the right terms.
Negotiate with venue owners to agree on the terms.
Handover the signed venues to operations team for onboarding.
Manage P&L of an area for region assigned.
Closely monitoring clients' requirements and come up with solutions accordingly.
Manage both Tele- sales and Field Sales/ Business development team and drive Revenue from them.
Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels.
Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and strategize accordingly.
Exceptional business and analytical skills and the ability to run the entire sales cycle independently.
Directly handle high- end customers and work closely with them to close the business.
