They also engage with other cross functional teams in creation of ordering documents, validation of contracts, and ensure that Customers orders are registered accurately in our database. .

Quoting & Contracting Services
This team is specialized in providing Oracle sales a Quote and standard Contract to cover wide range of Oracle products/services to customers. It also validates all the products and pricing mandated by Oracle norms. This team caters to all product LOBs that Oracle focuses on: License and First Year Support, Hardware and Software Subscriptions.
Order Management
This team is specialized in managing orders for License, Hardware, Support Services and License Assignment & Migrations since orders for each of these products require unique skills, expertise and in-depth knowledge of relevant processes and tools involved to ensure smooth processing of such transactions.
Orders for our products and services from our customers are registered in our database after validating the agreement and other contractual terms & conditions in line with well defined policies and procedures. We provide highest level of support in registering the orders accurately in our database so that delivery timelines for our products and services are met and revenues are realized.
License Assignments and Migrations:
The team assists the Oracle sales organization in the generation of revenue from License Upgrades and help customers manage their licenses better in line with Oracle Policies. It facilitates sales by providing accurate quotes for standard and complex customer migration from an existing Oracle product to an upgraded Oracle product. Thus, this team ensures that all the internal policies and compliance requirements of Oracle are met during the course of customers upgrade process. The work involves multiple support and license calculations and requires strong analytical skills. The day-today requirements also require for regular engagements / calls with oracle Sales teams across the globe. Candidates with fluent English communication are suitable for the role.
