Identify & Appoint Distributors & Dealers, Very high value builder, Interior contractors, Glazing Contractors in the assigned area.
Maintain the cordial and smooth relationship with the existing Dealers and Distributor.
Appoint New Distributor in the Assigned New Areas.
Responsible to generate the sale from Dealer and Distributor.
Responsible to ensure the timely collection of payment from the market through Distributor and Dealers.
To appoint New Dealers in the assigned territory.
Generate the sale through Architects and Builders.
Maintain the stock at Dealer and Distributor as per the requirement in the market.
Responsible to solve the problems of Distributor and Dealers.
Responsible to Handle the Team in the Region
Identify new prospects in the Region, increase in sale, better realization and reach and availability of the products.
Proper communication channel between the company and the customers in achieving the goal of customer delight.
Monitor the progress of Region and achieve the targets set.
Conduct sales pitches or presentations to key builder, architects and influencer accounts.
Identify key people within builder accounts who influence hardware purchase and build strong relationship with them.
