Design, plan and implement IT solutions for a ATG Environment
Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriately
Project Manage scope, time and quality throughout the project life-cycle
Facilitate and drive workshops and client meetings in order to help to translate business requirements into system design
Strong, hands-on experience with ATG & Java J2ee development:
Experience in ATG – Dynamo, Ecommerce, Personalization
Proficient in UML, OOAD
Database programming skills in Oracle a plus
End-to-end experience in software development lifecycle and familiar with agile methodologies
Experience in a consultancy or similar client-facing environment
Project leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision
Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
Team player and can lead the team single handedly
