Job Description
To provide UK healthcare recruitment and support clients fill internal vacancies. Need to source, find and work with the best ‘end clients’ by building great relationships and encouraging them to work with us. Duties and responsibilities To find new prospects for three areas of the business in this order: Permanent recruitment – Source healthcare organisations needing support – sign terms and gather vacancy information (Care home level) Consulting – identify organisations interested in support services to improve internal recruitment practices and handover to Operations Manager/ Director for follow up (head office level) Temporary recruitment – identify leads for homes using temp agencies in London area. Send info and follow up to arrange appointment or arrange terms Telephone use to get prospect contact information Adding contact details to a client database provided Emailing information and following up prospects Hardcopy mail follow up as required (using online postal system) Weekly input and output reporting to UK Qualifications Education – Any Graduation MBA with Sales/Marketing would be an added advantage Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Sales and negotiation skills goal-orientated approach to work ability to handle multiple priorities To provide UK healthcare recruitment and support clients fill internal vacancies.
